Well this took my breath away. Thought it was a tad expensive but looked so luxurious. Am so disappointed with the quality purchased on 6th April its already started pulling. Very poor quality for the price I am taking it back for an exchange. Not sure what has happened with Dorma. We have 3 other sets that are over 15 years old and look like new but sadly this one would not last 6 months At a cost of £345.00 for the bedspread and duvet cover also pillow shams . I expected much better. It seems that the fabric is not strong enough to take the quilting in my opinion. Unable to add picture.

My husband thought i was crazy to spend so much money on a duvet cover.It turns out he was right.you just need to look at it and it snags and pulls.very dissapointed in the quality of this product.

Reality is this product is not fit for purpose, looks amazing on website and in the showroom. Practically everything snags on it, looks as if it’s been on the bed for 10 years when it’s been less than a month. Avoid at £150 totally ripped off.

I have just returned my first bedspread as I experience so much snagging in such short space of time.
We are pet free, no children, I only wonder what mess this would have been if it has heavy usage?
I have asked for a replacement as don’t want to give up and that this one might have been part of a ‘bad patch’ but if it happens again I will certainly ask for a refund.
Dorma normally is such good quality……
