    The pillow is good to give support to my painful and stiff neck. Although it is too soon but so far it has helped me with my sleep. It is neither too hard nor too soft, just good and thick enough for a side sleeper like me. The Gel sheet on top is brilliant in this hot weather to cool down.

    This pillow is really good it has a honeycomb gel insert which can be taken out by unzipping it from the inside. It’s a little tight to get into the pillowcase but that is a bonus for me anyway (as it means the pillow will not work it’s way out of the pillowcase). This pillow is not too hard or soft as i have had with other pillows over the years. I usually sleep on my side as I normally get a bad back from sleeping on my back but since I got this pillow, I have been able to sleep on my back again and no bad back.

    Firm but moulds to your shape perfectly. States its for back sleepers, but I’m a side sleeper and it’s absolutely fine.
