Bought to help with neck and shoulder pain, definitely feeling improvements along with other changes. Really comfortable, I wasn’t overly fussed about the temperature control but it is cooling.

We bought this pillow for my husband who says it’s the best he’s ever had. I did try to get some slightly larger pillow cases, but without success, so it’s a bit of a tight squeeze to get a pillow case on, but that doesn’t affect the feel of the pillow. We were also quite impressed by the fact that a staff member approached us, as we couldn’t find one to pick up and take to the till. She explained that it was an item which would be delivered and had the technology in her hands to place the order, take payment and send an email receipt.
