I bought two of these pillowcases and couldn’t work out why they are so long, then when asked to review realised they are bolster pillowcases. I didn’t search for this, I think Dunelm should make it more clear on their website/packaging that they are NOT standard size as I will now have to sew the ends to make them the correct size, having probably paid more than I needed to for a standard size pillowcase. Again as I’ve previously stated, the manufacturing quality is not great, these are not cut square they are mis-shapen as if the machine that cut them is inaccurate. In order to iron them square the seam is folded over and triangular over onto one side rather than straight along the top edge. It really isn’t good. The fabric is a nice quality and seems to wash well.

I bought these to see if they would fit my extra thick pillows as the standard cases crushed the pillow up. These give that extra room that means the pillow stays in the case at all times.
So good I have bought spares!

Lovely soft material . Great size. One of the pillowcases was not stitched for part of the seam, easily repaired, but for the price I can’t complain

Stupidly thought the bolster pillowcases came in pairs and only found out they don’t when I made up the bed – hence having to buy an extra one 🤦♀️
Lovely quality though and will be buying more sheets and pillowcases from this range going forward

They were the right measurements for the bolster pillows I had but the work man ship was not to standard cover was narrow at one end and had small split were stitches had come undone they looked and felt good and I needed them that day for the money I paid I couldn’t be bothered to complain.
